The registration fee is EUR 80.00 and must be payed by 5 September 2025, after notification of acceptance of the contribution, which will be communicated by 8 August 2025.

The fee includes:

• Attendance at the conference
• Lunches and coffee breaks
• Poster & Wine session
• Guided tour of L'Aquila and of the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso
• Publication of a selected number of proceedings

The best poster will be awarded a EUR 100.00 prize.

The cost of the social dinner is NOT covered by the registration fee. The fee for the social dinner will be collected in cash during the meeting.
