Giuseppe is a PhD student at the University of Salerno at his second year.
His PhD activities focus on the determination of the physical phenomena that occur at the interface graphene/semiconductor and the realization of a new generation of photodiodes. He discussed a master degree thesis on 2016 about “Electrical transport phenomena in Schottky junction graphene/silicon for optoelectronic applications”.
