Laura Iemmo

Laura Iemmo is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Experimental Physics at the University of Salerno.

Her current research activity focuses on the optical and electrical properties of carbon nanotubes, graphene, 2D materials, composite materials, semiconductor heterojunctions and their application as diodes, photodetectors, solar cells, chemical sensors, field-effect transistors and field emission devices.Previously she worked at the District IMAST Scarl on the design of polymeric electronic devices and related manufacturing equipment and she spent three years at the ENEA working on the development of technologies for thermal solar energy at medium and high temperature. She is author of 20 publications on international periodicals.
