Participants contributing with a talk or a poster may find useful guidelines below.

• Talks
  The duration of talks is 15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for questions.
  Speakers are kindly requested to send their presentations in pdf format to yrm.secretary@iphysnet.com no later than the day before their talks.
  
  
• Posters
  It is required to print the poster as A1 format, with either the landscape or the portrait orientation.
  The winner of the Best Poster Award will be announced in a dedicated ceremony on the last day of the meeting.
  The Best Poster Award is funded by Assing S.p.A.

It is recommended to avoid an extremely technical jargon, to allow participants not working in the same research field to follow the presentation. A short, general introduction on the research topic is also advisable, with a stress on possible interdisciplinary aspects.
