Registration

We undestand that young researchers have limited availability of funding for conferences, therefore thanks to the support of our sponsors there is no registration fee. Coffee breaks and lunches will be provided on site, free of charge to all the participants. Speakers may apply for a partial reimbursement of expenses, as we can provide a limited number of grants. Costs for publication of the proceedings on the Journal of Physics: Conference Series, for both talks and posters, are also covered by our sponsors.

Visit to LNGS

The morning of the last day of the conference, October 14^th, will be devoted to an optional guided tour to the Gran Sasso National Laboratories. A bus will pick up participants at the GSSI. If you wish to take part in this activity, please specify so in the registration form. It is free of charge.

Posters

Make sure that your poster is compatible with portrait A1 format. Participants presenting a poster may send a pdf file of the poster to secretary@yrmr.it and we can print it for them for free. In this case we need to receive your poster file by October 5th, 2015. We will devote a plenary session of the meeting to a poster teaser, when each participant presenting a poster is invited to give a brief (max 3 mins) introduction of his/her poster. Please, send us a slide with an overview of your poster.
